KEIM-ADDITEC Surface GmbH, a world wide active german based producer and developer of aqueous
ULTRALUBE wax additives announces the change of the shareholdership at its subsidiary KEIMADDITEC
Surface USA LLC (LA GRANGE, IL) by the sale of 49% of its shares to Gehring-Montgomery
(Warminster, PA), a subsidiary of TerGroup, Germany, active in the distribution of chemical raw materials.
By this cooperation synergistic effects in the sales and marketing of high performance additives for inks,
coatings and related applications shall be used to strengthen the presence on the US-market.
Besides this, the perennial president of KAS USA LLC, Alan I. Kalmikoff, will retire from this position by
June 30th 2014 .
We expressively thank him for his work done the past 10 years as president and to grow
the company. From July 1st 2014 on, Mr. Dave Grabacki, having more than 30 years experience in the ink
and coatings industry serving customer needs, will be the successor at this position. From his entry on June
1st on till this date he will serve KAS USA LLC as vice president.
