The third American Coatings SHOW is moving to Indianapolis, Indiana, May 8-10, 2012

Despite economic difficulties, the second American Coatings SHOW was a great success and the highlight event of the US paint and coatings industry. Once again, the Show and Conference will be the best source of inspiration and trend-setting in the industry. Exhibitors and visitors alike have been quick to recognize that not only is the American Coatings SHOW the leading North American industry show and conference, but it also provides immediate, valuable business opportunities, as well as a complete portfolio for the production of high-grade and competitive coatings, paints, sealants, construction chemicals, and adhesives.

Featuring 328 exhibitors, the second American Coatings SHOW hosted 6,700 industry attendees from 61 countries.

Despite the uncertainty in the European economy and the show days were clashing with Thanksgiving Day in North America, CHINACOAT2011 reported remarkable figures:

* Covering an exhibition area close to 55,000 sqm
* A total of 24,865 visitors, including 20,702 domestic and 4,163 overseas visitors
* 1,005 exhibitors from 30 countries/regions and among them 248 were new exhibitors
* 3,248 attendees for 58 sessions of onsite technical exchange activities
