H.B. Fuller: H.B. Fuller Company has
named Stephen J. Large group vice
president and general manager of the
company’s Full-Valu/Specialty business
group. Mr. Large will oversee the company’s
fully-owned subsidiaries, Adalis
and Specialty Construction Brands,
Inc.; its global coatings division and
consumer division; and its window and
new business development units. Mr.
Large, who joined H.B. Fuller in 1992
as a sales manager for the UK and
Ireland, most recently served as vice
president and chief process improvement
officer for the company.
Ed Snyder has been appointed chief
process improvement officer. In this
role, he is responsible for driving
process improvement across organizational,
functional and geographic
boundaries, and for overseeing the
company’s program management office
and strategic planning function. In
addition, information technology is
included in his duties and he also maintains
responsibility for the company’s
global sourcing function. He will serve
on H.B. Fuller’s executive committee
and leadership council. Prior to joining
H.B. Fuller in May 2002 as vice president
of global sourcing, Mr. Snyder
worked at Honeywell in several capacities,
culminating in the position of
director of sourcing and supply chain
for specialty materials.
