RPM: RPM’s board of directors has
named Frank C. Sullivan chief executive
officer of the company. He succeeds
Thomas C. Sullivan, who
retired after 31 years with the company.
Under the succession plan,
Frank Sullivan will retain his current
titles of president and chief
operating officer and Tom Sullivan
will remain on the board of directions
as non-executive chairman.
James A. Karman, RPM’s vice
chairman, who also retired, will
remain on the company’s board.
The board has also elected Ronald
A. Rice and P. Kelly Tompkins as
senior vice presidents. Mr. Rice was
elected senior vice president, administration
and will continue to serve
as assistant secretary. In this new
capacity, he will have oversight for
RPM’s annual planning process and
operating performance
