Troy Corp: Geoff Clay

Troy Corp.: Troy Corporation
announced the appointment of three
managers. Geoff Clay has been named
manager of marketing services and
will be responsible for sales and market
analysis, writing and managing
the preparation of external communications
and coordinating advertising
efforts in conjunction with the graphics
department. In addition, Mr. Clay
will also provide commission analysis,
sales reports, return authorizations,
price changes and will manage public
relations for Troy. He has been with
the company since 2000.
Zoya Geller was named manager of
customer service and will be responsible
for the entire international and
domestic customer service departments,
ensuring that orders are handled
efficiently and effectively. She has
been with Troy since 1997.
Jessica Ruan was appointed customer
satisfaction manager, as well as
foam operations manager. She has been
with Troy since 1996. Ms. Ruan will be
responsible for foam corporation operations,
which includes production scheduling,
inventory control, purchasing,
report analysis and other duties. In
addition, she will assume additional
responsibilities for managing customer
complaints as required under ISO 9000.
