BASF has appointed Justine D.
Smith marketing manager for the
company’s specialty intermediates
business in North America. In her
new position, Smith is responsible for
implementation of BASF’s specialty
intermediates strategy in North
America, supervision of three product managers as well as product responsibility
for several specialty intermediate
products. Prior to joining BASF,
Smith held process engineering, purchasing,
sales and marketing positions
at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.
