Henkel of America, Inc. has relocated its North American corporate headquarters from Gulph Mills, PA, to Rocky Hill, CT.
Henkel is moving 80 positions from its corporate headquarters group, including finance, human resources, legal, and chief administrative officer positions, to its existing Rocky Hill facility at 1001 Trout Brook Crossing, which is also the headquarters for its Adhesive Technologies business in North America. When
the move is completed, Henkel will employ approximately 430 people at the Rocky Hill site.
"Relocating our corporate headquarters to Rocky Hill makes sense for our growing business in North America," said Jeff Piccolomini, president of Henkel of America, Inc. "We wanted to keep our headquarters in an Eastern time zone location to communicate with our global headquarters in Germany more easily. The Rocky Hill site has easy access to I-91 and Bradley International Airport, and the property offers room for expansion in the future."
Piccolomini was named President of Henkel of America, Inc. He is responsible for the company's finance, legal, human resources, IT,
purchasing, communications, internal audit, health and safety, treasury, and tax functions. Piccolomini joined the company in 1980 and has held a number of financial and business positions in North America. He was most recently senior vice president of finance for Henkel of America.
