RPM International Inc. announced that Edward Moore, vice president and general counsel, was appointed to also serve as the company’s chief compliance officer, and Tracy Crandall, associate general counsel, will take on the additional title and responsibilities of assistant secretary.
In his new role, Moore will report to RPM’s board of directors and be responsible for corporate compliance oversight. He will coordinate with human resources on various risk management activities and with operations on health, safety and environmental initiatives.
Crandall’s promotion comes in recognition of the expanded role she has played in providing legal management, counsel and coordination within the corporate office and at the operational level.
The company also promoted Melissa Schoger to director of planning and financial analysis; Chris Knoblock to director of systems development; Rob Antonelli to manager, consolidation systems; Treena Johnson to manager, general accounting and analysis; and Ben Curtis to senior internal auditor.
