Sika Automotive Division USA has appointed Surry Fry program manager for the Automotive Engineering Group, reporting to Ray Helferty, engineering manager. Fry will be responsible for managing all program activities related to product launch efforts across customer platforms.
Prior to joining Sika, Fry was employed by Chrysler Corporation for twenty-five years in a variety of management roles related to vehicle builds and launches. During this time, his focus was in Body-in-White, Powertrain Testing, Advanced Product Quality Planning, Minivan Platform Launches and Vehicle Builds and Operations. Fry is experienced with paint and sealing, air leakage issues; interior and exterior trim; buzz, squeak and rattle issues; water test; and adhesive and sealant issues.
