ManpowerGroup was compared with 71 competitors in the Taiwanese market, and was the only company to win the two honors in the same year. In CLA's evaluation, ManpowerGroup Taiwan secured "Class A" and scored 95 points out of 100, with perfect scores in the categories of service quality, quality management and no penalties for breach of law. DOL gave ManpowerGroup 91 points out of 100 and acquired nearly perfect scores in service quality and quality management.
"The unique achievement of two combined honors confirms ManpowerGroup's unparalleled dedication to ensuring top-quality service to clients and candidates," said Lancy Chui, ManpowerGroup Regional Managing Director, Greater China Region. "These awards are testament to the efforts of ManpowerGroup Taiwan's employees, who achieve what is humanly possible every single day."
To gauge the service quality of private employment service agencies, the CLA and DOL conduct rigorous evaluations annually with specific and objective indicators including service quality, ethics and quality management.
