George M. Chase, Chairman and CEO of ChromaScape, Inc., today announced he will relinquish the title of CEO effective January 1, 2014. Mr. Chase will continue as ChromaScape’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, while focusing on company expansion through organic growth and acquisition.
Joseph S. Majewski will assume the role of CEO for the company, effective January 1, 2014. Mr. Majewski currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer, and has skillfully fostered the organizational development, growth, and sustainability of ChromaScape since joining the leadership team in 2004. Mr. Majewski will continue to provide uncompromising leadership and integrity for the company’s next generation.
