MNYCA To Host Workshop on Changes to the NY State AIM Coatings Regulation

On June 12th, 2014, at Redd’s Restaurant, 317 Washington Avenue, Carlstadt, New Jersey, the Metropolitan New York Coatings Association will host a workshop on the proposed changes to to the New York State Architectural and Industrial Maintenance (AIM) Coatings Regulation Part 205. The Presenter will be Ona Papageorgiou, PE Environmental Engineer NYSDEC, Division of Air Resources, Bureau of Air Quality Planning, who will analyze the changes in detail. The session will begin at 3:00 PM and ample time will be allotted for a Question and Answer period. The upcoming changes are significant and could impact sales; there is also a sense that similar VOC regulatory changes may very well spread throughout the East Coast.
