Orion Engineered Carbons S.A. announced that members of the company’s senior management team will ring the Closing Bell at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Friday August 8, 2014, to commemorate the company’s recent listing on the NYSE. Orion Engineered Carbons shares began trading on the NYSE on July 24, 2014, under the symbol “OEC.”
“We thank the NYSE for their gracious invitation. Orion Engineered Carbons is proud to publicly celebrate the completion of our initial public offering of shares trading on the New York Stock Exchange by ringing The Closing Bell,” said Jack Clem, Chief Executive Officer. "This is an important milestone for the company. We look forward to a great future on the exchange and continuing the success we have enjoyed as an independent entity the last three years.”
