Dixie Chemical announced a series of organizational and leadership changes.
Mr. Michael Gromacki was promoted to Senior Vice President. He joined Dixie in March of 2009 as Vice President of Operations & Chief Technology Officer. Prior to Dixie, he served at TOTAL subsidiary Cook Composites & Polymers (CCP) for 12 years with roles as Vice President, Manufacturing Director and QSE Director. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a BS in Chemical Engineering. He is responsible for Operations, HSEQ, Technology, Engineering, Purchasing, and Human Resources. He shares business oversight of the VP of Sales & Marketing with the CEO.
Ms. Kelli Gregory was appointed as Director of Administration. Prior to joining Dixie, she served at OxyChem as the Training Services/Project Superintendent. She served American Acryl for 11 years, with roles in Human Resources and Purchasing. She is a graduate of University of Houston at Clear Lake with a BBA in Management and holds SPHR certification. Ms. Gregory is responsible for Purchasing, Human Resources, Training, Payroll/Benefits and Communication.
Mr. Michael Campbell was appointed as Vice President of Finance and CFO. Prior to joining Dixie, he served at Atwood Oceanics for 13 years as Vice President / Controller. He served as Assistant Controller for both Bray International and WEDGE Group. He began his career with Ernst & Young. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Accounting and holds a CPA certification. Mr. Campbell is responsible for Finance, Accounting, and Information Technology.
Mr. Kevin Stellner was appointed as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He recently served 11 years at 3V Inc. as the Vice President of Sales. His sales and business development career includes roles as Technical Sales Manager at Genencor and Business Development Manager at Altus Biologics. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BS in Chemistry and a PhD in Chemical Engineering. Mr. Stellner is responsible for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
