Keystone Aniline Corporation has announced the acquisition of Colour Synthesis Solutions Limited (CSS) of Manchester, UK.
John Andrews, CEO of Keystone, states, “Bringing their custom dye synthesis and research expertise into our service platform enables us to raise the bar again in color chemistry. Our clients now have full access to a complete solution: dye creation, synthesis route, and full scale-up commercialization. This alliance also supports our plans for growth—and most importantly our dedication to technical and scientific leadership around the world. We are very excited to add this innovative organization to our family of companies.”
Dr. John Taylor, founder of CSS adds, “We are excited about the opportunities our combined cultures and expertise will bring. This acquisition brings expansion while allowing us to work closely with our clients—something very important to us.”
Effective immediately, the CSS business will be integrated into the operations of Keystone Europe based in Huddersfield, UK, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keystone Aniline Corporation. Colour Synthesis Solutions will remain in Manchester and retain its own corporate name and brand.
