Carestream Contract Manufacturing is a provider of roll-to-roll precision coating services for advanced materials applications. Carestream will present two sessions at the AIMCAL Web Coating & Handling Conference. Technical Manager for Polyester Manufacturing Marcos Batan will present “Managing Change for Continuous Improvement in a Regulated Industry.” The session will detail strategies for creating competitive advantage through the implementation of a change management process.
William Devine, Senior Process Development Engineer, will present “Sheet Resistance Anisotropy in Transparent Conductive Films Containing Silver Nanowires.” The topic was co-authored with Jason Payne, CTO of Medical Films and Printing Solutions, and Aaron Clapp, R&D Manager – Print Media, and will provide experimental data showing the influence of key solution delivery, coating and drying parameters on sheet resistance anisotropy and offer insights on causal mechanisms.
Speakers are available for media interviews. Dave Davenport, Director of Custom Coating, and Technical Account Managers Robert Wildman and Todd Arndorfer will be available at Booth 9 during Tabletop Receptions and throughout the conference to discuss precision coating needs.
This event will take place at The Peabody, Memphis, TN, Sunday, October 9, 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. and Monday, October 10, 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Managing Change for Continuous Improvement in a Regulated Industry will take place in the Venetian Ballroom, Wednesday, October 12, 9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Sheet Resistance Anisotropy in Transparent Conductive Films Containing Silver Nanowires will take place in the Hernando Desoto Room, Wednesday, October 12, 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
