Hockmeyer Equipment Corp. is currently seeking a Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing to join our executive management team. Although our main headquarters is in Harrison, NJ, we are open to applicants from out of state. Relocation may not be required.
Sales forecasts – short and long term, to support planning and budgeting activities
New business – achievement of company growth objectives
New markets and competitor analysis
New Products – development of new targeted applications
Business planning and budget preparation
Strategic planning – lead process to define customer and market strategy
Management – as a member of senior management helps formulate company strategy and policies
across all key areas of the business Review sales contracts
Manages various employees and outside sales representatives
Business or Engineering Degree with a minimum of 20 years in sales
Extensive experience in the paint/coatings/inks/ceramics or allied industries
Experience with organic search engine optimization and online marketing
Minimum of 5-10 years in an executive sales and marketing role with proven results
Must be self-directed, have excellent initiative and organizational skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience working closely with Manufacturing
Must be able to expand the international market presence
This position requires a minimum of 50% domestic and international travel.
