Key Responsibilities:
- Service the targeted customer base in a way that profitably anticipates and satisfies its needs.
- Build and maintain key strategic relationships.
- Convert new business into year-over-year profit improvement.
- Develop and maintain a list of key profit improvement strategies that connect well informed points of view to tactics that leverage competitive advantage.
- Provide recommendations for pricing strategy development and profitable deployment.
- Prioritize and deploy the organization’s resources consistent with Business Unit objectives.
- Apply continuous improvement to the sales process to improve business execution and results.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in direct sales account management or marketing in the Industrial segment of the chemicals industry.
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Willing to travel 50-60% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Marketing experience.
- New market development experience.
