- Achieve annual sales goals and targets. Achieve sales volumes and profitability objectives by providing necessary leadership to the team.
- Develop and implement annual sales plans. Proactively manage to generate new business
- Supervise, manage and direct sales team for success and growth.
- Liaison with customers and major accounts to help promote and sell products while increasing sales and market share.
- Establish relationships with customers and management and executives.
- Have a progressive professional image with markets and customers in order to enhance ABI’s image and recognition of ABI products and services.
- Ensure sales team is compliance with law and regulations.
- Fully responsible for cost management of sales activities.
