Job Description:
Specific responsibilities include:
- Assist distributors to train product knowledge, and visit some vital customers
- Present and sell company products to potential clients
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and achieve sales objectives
- Generate leads and referrals, manage and update customer database
- Follow up and manage product evaluation / project approvals
- Negotiate and close sales
- Participate in marketing events and trade shows
Desired Skills and Expertise:
- Chemical majored four-year degree and Knowledge of coating chemicals
- 5+ years sales experience and knowledge in the coating additives industry
- Successful experience in Emulsion and Resin Sales
- Must live in the midwest region (Chicago area would be best)
- Good communication
- Very organized and detail oriented, High level of self-motivation, self-direction and self-discipline
- Willing to travel
- once hired, will go to the headquarter for product training one month in China
