This sub-micron PTFE powder is agglomerated to 10 - 15 microns to minimize dusting during handling and is designed to disperse with various mixing technologies. The agglomerates break down with a resulting average particle size ranging from 200 - 700 nanometers. Possible applications are: offset, gravure and flexographic inks, digital and electronic inks, electronics/electrical coatings and components, coatings for can, industrial, automotive top coats, and thermoplastic / elastomer components.
