Parker Domnick Hunter’s ProBond Depth Filter Cartridges Remove Gels in Viscous Filtration Applications

October 24, 2013

Parker domnick hunter’s ProBond depth filter cartridges effectively and efficiently remove gels in viscous filtration applications. The robust phenolic resin bonded fiber structure of Parker domnick hunter’s ProBond depth filter cartridge is designed to trap gels in viscous applications that require high differential pressures. ProBond has been shown to capture unwanted gels and eliminate plugging where gel formations cause bridging at nozzle openings which cause inconsistent bead application of sealants. Eliminating agglomerates from sealant processing greatly reduces manufacturing costs associated with waste storage and decreases production downtime needed for premature cleaning or replacement of equipment, according to the company.
