● Metallon Inc., Parkersburg, WV, has formed a partnership with White River Hardwoods/Woodworks Inc. in
which Metallon finishes will be used on several wood products produced by the company.
White River will use Metallon’s finishes in brass, bronze, copper and pewter on
its Mon Reale line which includes wood trim, moulding, corbels, arches, wood carvings
and appliqués.
Metallon finishes, comprised of 95% real metal, are cold sprayed on to the wood. The
finishes come with a standard, lacquered coating that seals the metal finish. An unlacquered
version is also available, according to the company.
