Penofin Performance Coatings, Inc.: Joan Karsten Griswold has been named executive vice president of sales, customer service and marketing at Penofin Performance Coatings, Inc., a manufacturer of wood finishes. She will continue to direct sales strategy and staff for Penofin as well as the bi-lingual customer technical service group. Ms. Griswold will also be responsible for marketing that includes Penofin’s national home improvement radio shows, print advertising program and all point-of-purchase materials.
