organizational adjustments have been
made affecting the management of
several coatings related businesses.
The construction and home improvement
markets division has been
moved to the consumer office business
unit, led by Moe Nozari, executive vice
president. The engineered adhesives
division and the Dyneon division have
been moved to the industrials business
unit, led by Harold Wiens, executive
vice president.
