l Sherwin-Williams’ automotive finishes unit has been busy in France and South Africa. Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes Corp. has acquired ScottWarren France, a Perpignan, France-based distributor. Pascal Nisi and Christian Carrier, former owners, have been appointed as co-managing directors of the unit, which will operate under the name Sherwin-Williams France. ScottWarren had distributed Sherwin-Williams products since 1996 from its 50,000-square-foot headquarters in the south of France, which includes a color lab, customer service center, training facilities, an applications laboratory and a warehouse.
