new Impact Tester
BYK-Gardner has developed an automatic lift Gardner impact tester. Designed to enhance the ease and safety of the operation and the repeatability and accuracy of the test, this new system offers an alternative to the standard manual Gardner impact tester. The new Gardner impact tester operates on compressed air and has no electrical connections. A two-button system activates the lift and a high impact plastic guard protects the operator against any sample shattering. The tester can be used to perform impact tests on most plastics, PVC and vinyl siding.
