Crompton Introduces Witcobond W-281F
Crompton Corp.’s urethanes business has introduced Witcobond W-281F, a 40% solid-aliphatic aqueous polyurethane adhesive that exhibits high-cohesive strength while being free of organic solvent. It forms strong bonds to many substrates and is an excellent laminating adhesive to PVC to a variety of substrates as well as laminating fabrics to thermoplastic urethanes, according to the company. W-281 is also suitable for formulation in plastic and leather coatings, particularly for post-application embossing.
