Change in BASF -Treffert Deal
There has been a change in the agreement between BASF Coatings and the Treffert Group, which was reported in our April issue (p. 10). Under the new agreement, BASF Coatings will acquire only Treffert’s foil coatings business outside of Germany while Treffert will focus its respective activities in Germany and selected international markets.
