Eliokem has launched a new VOC
compliant Plioway resin system for
formulating sprayable odorless
stain-blocking primers. The low odor
system gives the same solventborne
performance without the need to
have the area evacuated during
application and while the coating is
drying, according to the company.
This resin also gives the primer the
ability to seal and block in odors
from nicotine stains and fire and
