Hempel Paints celebrated the relaunch of its products and renovated showroom at an event held at the company’s headquarters in Mina Salman Industrial Area, Bahrain in December.
In othe news, as part of the company’s plan to regionalize its operations, the shareholders of Danish Paints Middle East Holdings (DPME), the regional Hempel’s holding company and the shareholders of Hempel Bahrain have agreed on a merger in order to consolidate their strength in the marine and decorative paint sectors.
As an effect of this agreement, DPME will now operate from the headquarters of Hempel Bahrain, based in Mina Salman, and will manage the principle operations in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Syria and Bahrain in addition to managing exports to Jordan, Lebanon and Iraq.
