PPG Automotive Refinish has introduced its new customer support center (CSC). The new center has been designed to enhance PPG’s customer relations practices. The center’s first action has been to expand the hours of operation for all color related customer inquiries. Secondly, the support center’s staff has been expanded to better assist customers who are utilizing PPG online self-help eTools, such as the online color formulation systems.
The CSC color library provides a free service to PPG users and distributors who need information on paint formulas, color names, paint codes, interior colors and more. Its color database houses information on more than 600,000 colors dating as far back as 1928.
