BASF develops light gray pigment

Published April 5, 2006
BASF has produced a new light-gray pigment preparation for medium-density fiberboard (MDF). With light-gray design-MDF, designers and architects can obtain new accents in the furniture and object sector, according to the company. The new pigment produces soft transitions and confers a high-quality feel to products created with it. This is the latest addition to BASF’s range for through-coloring of MDF which includes black, yellow, orange, brown, red, blue and green.
