organizational changes
Robert Gibney, who is currently vice president of corporate affairs, Tronox Inc., is assuming responsibility for human resources as he continues to lead the company’s investor relations and communications efforts. This organizational change is part of Tronox’s efforts to consolidate officers’ responsibilities. As a result, Mark Meadors, who previously served as vice president of human resources, has left the company to pursue other interests.
