Kansai Paint Co. has been granted a patent for a photocurable composition for forming an anti-fogging coating. It is comprised of (A) a urethane compound containing at least two (meth)acryloyl groups and a polyoxyalkylene chain in a molecule thereof; (B) a compound having at least two (meth)acryloyl groups and at least two hydroxyl groups in a molecule thereof, obtained by reacting at least two components consisting of an epoxy compound and (meth)acrylic acid; (C) a compound having an ethylenic unsaturated group other than the components (A) and (B).
