The American Coatings Conference will be held April 9-11.

The American Coatings Conference brings industry professionals together to expand their knowledge of the latest technology trends for the coatings industry.

The conference will be held over three days, beginning Monday April 9, with 10 pre-conference tutorials, covering:

• Rheology;
• Easy-to-clean coatings;
• Anti-corrosive coatings;
• Waterborne high-performance coatings;
• Radiation curing;
• Polyurethanes;
• Biocide selection process for coatings;
• Functional films;
• Titanium dioxide;
• Sustainable coatings without compromise

The Plenary session is slated for 12:15-1:30 p.m., followed by the American Coatings Show Award and the Keynote presentation.

The April 9 afternoon conference will feature four parallel sessions: 

Session 1: Science Today – Coatings Tomorrow;
Session 2: Wood Coatings;
Session 3: Functional and Smart Coatings;
Session 4: Grinding & Dispersing

The American Coatings Conference continues April 10 with eight parallel sessions:
Session 5: Architectural Coatings I;
Session 6: Polyurethanes I;
Session 7: Radiation curing;
Session 8: Measuring and testing;
Session 9: Architectural Coatings II;
Session 10: Polyurethanes II;
Session 11: Epoxy coatings;
Session 12: Measuring, testing and automation

The conference concludes on April 11 with a morning 5K run, the Mattiello Lecture and four parallel morning sessions:
