MFG Chemical has hired four industry experts.

Grover A. Gore II and Jeremy Pitts have been brought on as paints and coatings business development managers.

Gore has 30 years of business development experience in specialty chemicals and related industries. He has a strong record of opening many new accounts and increasing business with existing accounts, working with customers to scale up from lab batch to either pilot plant batch or large-scale production.

Pitts has been recognized on numerous occasions as one of the top technical sales representatives. He is also a current board member of the Florida Paints and Coatings Association, as well as the Southern Society of Coatings Technology.

In addition, Jarrett Tornetta has been added as a water additives sales representative, having gained experience in the water treatment industry over the past 10 years with Brenntag.  He was named BSG Sales Rep of the Year 2019.

Forrest Reed has been named health and safety manager. Reed has more than 25 years of experience in health and safety management within the chemical, construction and steel industries.

“With the hiring of such experienced experts as Grover Gore, Jeremy Pitts, Jarrett Tornetta and Forrest Reed, MFG Chemical continues to grow its already strong capabilities to help our paints & coatings, industrial water and specialty chemicals customers, as well as MFG’s excellent health & safety profile,” said MFG Chemical CEO Paul Turgeon.
