Technical Mission
Our R&D experts create the products of the future, supporting new opportunities for customers. The proprietary technology in our polymers enables our customers to develop coatings with essential features – excellent adhesion to multiple substrates and abrasion, block and early water resistance. As a global manufacturer of CCA colorants for the consumer paints and industrial coatings industries, EPS offers a broad colorant technology portfolio for both POS and In-Plant OEM clients.

Technologies
EPS’ acrylic and styrene acrylic emulsions utilize proprietary adhesion technology with value-added features, including superior adhesion to multiple substrates, early water resistance, block resistance and abrasion resistance. We also offer alkyds, water dispersible alkyds, PUDs, polyesters and solution acrylics.
Major Products
EPS 2799
An excellent choice for high performance gloss interior and exterior architectural DIY or professional paints. This 100% acrylic film-forming polymer offers early high temperature block resistance; print resistance; fast hardness development; low-tack, even in near zero VOC formulations, and resistance to dirt pickup.
EPS 2719
Enhance the performance characteristics of roof coatings with EPS 2719, an innovative acrylic emulsion designed to eliminate asphalt bleed-through in cool roof coatings, while maintaining flexibility and toughness. Roof coatings based on EPS 2719 also offer UV and dirt pickup resistance, as well as excellent adhesion to asphaltic and other common construction substrates.
EPS 2570
Formulate coatings at <100g/L VOC with EPS 2570, a selfcrosslinking, styrenated acrylic emulsion offering excellent gloss, corrosion and chemical resistance, as well as early water resistance and rapid hardness development.
NovoColor ® HP II 8600
The next generation of waterborne pigment dispersions specifically engineered for use in architectural and waterborne industrial coatings systems to help customers meet stringent VOC restrictions. NovoColor ® HP II 8600 was recently awarded the UL GREENGUARD Gold Certification by UL Environment’s GREENGUARD Certification Program.
