Emulsion Polymerization: Pilot offers a variety of diphenyl oxide disulfonates, sulfonic acids, sodium sulfates, alcohol sulfates and alcohol ether sulfates. Products are available in liquid, dry flake and paste form, and are used in paint, rubber, latex, adhesives and other polymer manufacturing applications.

Calfax® diphenyl oxide disulfonate anionic surfactants have a high charge denisty and superior stability, ideally suited to be used in latex and rubber emulsion polymerization. Calfax® products are APEO-free, VOC-free.
Calimulse® sulfonates and sulfonic acids offer great consistency and predictable performance in a variety of emulsion polymerization applications. Our Calimulse® line is a VOC-free and APEO-free.
