FFiL Śnieżka SA was classified in seventh place in the pilot edition of the ranking of the best sustainable companies in Poland, prepared by the consulting agency Monte Vero and the internet portal Bankier.pl. By obtaining a total of 180 points, Śnieżka found itself in the group of leaders including 15 companies with the highest score in the ranking.
The analysis covered 74 companies and was based on reports prepared according to the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards) standards. In the Social category , which defines reporting in the area of impact on people, Śnieżka scored 80 points, which resulted in third place in this field.
“Śnieżka's transformation in the field of ESG applies to the entire Capital Group in all areas of activity and is the result of a great effort by all our teams, as well as their expert knowledge and growing level of awareness,” said Joanna Wróbel-Lipa, VP, of the Management Board of Śnieżka SA. “This distinction shows how a comprehensive, strategy-based approach to the issue of sustainable development can positively translate into the assessment of the entire company.”
This initiative is an introduction to the first full ranking of sustainable listed companies in Poland, planned for 2025. The list will be gradually expanded to include more companies subject to the obligation to report sustainable development.
This is another distinction after the recent Company Climate Awareness Survey (CCA). It is also a confirmation that thanks to its meticulous approach and implementation of best practices, Śnieżka is not only preparing for future challenges related to ESG reporting, but also achieving measurable effects appreciated by independent institutions.
