Univar Solutions Acquires Brad-Chem

Univar Solutions announced that it has acquired the UK-based company Brad-Chem Holdings and its affiliates.

The acquisition also includes Brad-Kem, the joint venture co-owned by Brad-Chem and its partner DEM, based in Belgium. Brad-Chem, a supplier of corrosion protection products and lubricant additives, will complement Univar Solutions’ existing ingredients and speciality business and help to meet growing customer demand for the distribution and blending of speciality lubricant additives, speciality base oils and functional additives for various industries throughout the UK and Europe.
