The qualified candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing business and developing new business opportunities in the Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers (CASE), plastics, graphic arts, and other related markets.
Job Expectations:

Job Expectations:
- Managing and growing current accounts through consultative selling, as well as prospecting for new accounts, by ascertaining customer needs, introducing new products, and identifying long-term company goals.
- Provide prompt and persistent follow-up for customer and supplier requests.
- Must be able to assess the competitive landscape, devise and implement business plans, identify targets, and have a high rate of closed business.
- Communication with all levels of a customer organization is expected. Excellent listening skills needed to ascertain the customer’s needs and priorities to suggest solutions.
- JNS-SmithChem provides one-on-one sales training, as well as team collaboration, and encourages personal sales growth.
- All members of the sales team are required to participate in conferences and local societies relating to the market segments covered.
- Overnight travel is required
