PPG announced that JOHNSTONE’S™ Trade paint by PPG will be the official paint partner for Leeds Rhinos rugby club for a fourth consecutive year and will also sponsor the club’s rising star Jack Broadbent for a second successive season.
Broadbent, who was born close to PPG’s facility in Batley, started out in the Leeds Rhinos Academy and is now entering his third year on the senior team. He delivered a number of notable performances last season and is expected to have a significant impact in 2022.
“We’re proud to continue our partnership with Leeds Rhinos for another season,” said Sarah Clough, PPG customer loyalty manager, Johnstone’s Trade paint by PPG. “The club is an integral part of the local community, and we’re pleased that we can play a role in supporting its important work. We’re really looking forward to the first home league game of the season – the atmosphere at Headingley Stadium will no doubt be electric. We wish everyone at Leeds Rhinos, especially Jack, all the best for the 2022 season.”
