Texas Jury Back Dow Chemical in Asbestos Suit with Kelly-Moore

On Friday, a Texas jury ruled that Union Carbide was not fraudulent in how it sold asbestos for use in Kelly-Moore's interior finishing products. The verdict will most likely force the paint maker into bankruptcy in the face of tens of thousands of lawsuits, according to Kelly-Moore attorney Mark Lanier, who is based in Houston.
