Ameron has announced the opening Ameron Korea, its new branch in Busan, Korea. Han Jin, Ameron's existing Korean licensee, will manufacture for Ameron under a toll manufacturing agreement.

BASF Takes Complete Ownership of JV with NOF

BASF is taking complete control of BASF NOF Coatings Co. Ltd. (BNC), its 50-50 joint venture between it and NOF Corp. Effective April 1, BASF will operate the company under the name of BASF Coatings Japan Ltd. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
