SigmaKalon has opened its new R&D center in Kunshan, China. This facility will service SigmaKalon's marine and protective coatings business in northern Asia. Representing an investment of over $1 million on construction and equipment, the center employs 28 chemists. Its equipment is capable of reproducing the harshest conditions in marine and petrochemical environments, according to the company.
