Specialty Coating Systems (SCS) of Indianapolis, IN has been acquired by private investment management company Berwind Corporation based in Philadelphia, PA. Berwind purchased SCS from Bunker Hill Capital, which had acquired the company in December 2005 from Cookson Electronics.
