This new center is larger, more functional and is entirely dedicated to the company's PVD coating activity. The coatings available from IonBond Beauvais are: IonBond TiN, a titanium nitride coating useable for a broad range of applications; IonBond Maximiser AlTiN coating for cutting tools such as end mills, drills and hobs; IonBond DeepDraw TiCrN multilayer coating for mold and dies; IonBond CrN chrome nitride coating for stamping and molding tools such as sheet metal forming, molds and parts subject to corrosion; IonBond GearCut Ultra AlTiCrN coating for gear cutting in difficult or dry/semi-dry conditions; and IonBond TiCN titanium carbonitride coating for stamping, blanking applications.
