During the Honors Luncheon of its 2009 Annual Meeting in Indianapolis, IN, NPCA|FSCT presented James Weil, president of Complementary Coatings Corp. (doing business as INSL-X Products Corporation), and the association’s outgoing chairman, with the George Baugh Heckel Award. This award is the association’s highest honor.
