Sauerlach plant increases production with new building.

Greenkote Plc, a global coating technology company, has expanded production at its location in Sauerlach, Germany. The new plant production area operates multiple shifts on two production lines to support its customers throughout Europe.

"Our customers are very excited about our many capabilities," said
Greenkote GmbH managing director, Edgar Poets. "Our production team provides duplex coatings on stampings for VW, duplex coatings on lock parts for Audi, coatings on construction bolts for Peri, and machine parts for Starlinger and has received the first trial order from Daimler.

“And more important, the reach of the Greenkote Thermo-Diffusion coating process is now more widespread than ever,” said Poets.

Since January 2009, the Sauerlach plant has served a number of customers with its Greenkote
PM Thermo-Diffusion coatings that enhance the properties of a wide range of metals, alloys and sintered powders giving them added qualities such as increased resistance to corrosion and wear protection on a vast array of parts. The facility capabilities include automotive stampings and fasteners, small metal castings, powder metal parts, construction bolts and hardware, machinery parts, and offshore oil and gas industry fittings and hardware.

“Our first priority is to exceed the expectations and highest quality standards of our customers. I feel our new facility in Germany demonstrates this commitment by increasing production for our European customers with our cost-effective and environmentally friendly coating processes,” said Greenkote's CEO, Arie Laor.
